Gin

Fresh gin, yet dry enough.

100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Juniper

We select and harvest by hand the most mature juniper berries from the Giró family’s land in Teruel.


Lemongrass

We distill the herbs with water as it is the best way to extract essential oils from citronella.


Orange and lemon

We use two types of oranges from Valencia and lemons from Seville, marinated together to guarantee a perfectly balanced distillate that blends flawlessly with the other botanical ingredients in our gin.


Grapefruits

We use three types of grapefruits that combine perfectly to achieve a bittersweet flavor, resulting in the freshest liquid.


Kumquat

We add this citrus fruit that is native to China and provides acidity as well as freshness.


Mandarin

From the Mediterranean coast, we use mandarins to give a sweet touch to our gin.


Lime

Last but not least, we add limes to round off the fresh flavor of the gin.


HOW DO WE CREATE IT?

Alcohol base

We use an alcoholic base of the highest quality wheat and barley.


Selection of botanicals

After the artisanal selection of the botanicals, there is another level of quality control in the distillery, before the shelling and manual maceration.


Distillation

We distill each botanic group individually, and later the master distiller elaborates the mixture following the recipe of the Giró family.

100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Mature Cenizo Silvestre Agave

Despite being a wild species, we plant two agave plants for each one that we harvest, thus guaranteeing long-term production. We also use 150% more agave than is necessary to produce the highest quality liquid.


PRODUCTION PROCESS

A 1.5cm ‘jima'

The 'jima' is the cut of the agave leaves. While others are cut at 5cm, we cut ours at 1.5cm. The less that is cut, the less bitter the final liquid will be, although it is much more costly to produce. For this reason, we declare that LE TRIBUTE mezcal is ‘puro corazón’; because we keep the heart of the agave plant, the part which contains the highest level and quality of sugar.


Cooked in traditional volcanic stone ovens

All wood used for cooking the agave is Holm Oak, which provides the mezcal’s characteristic smoky flavor.


Artisanal

All production is carried out entirely by hand: the harvesting of the agave plant and its transport, the stone ovens and the production of the ovens, the grinding of the agave, and the packaging and labeling of the product.


Made in Mexico

Our mezcal is made following the traditional method in Durango, Mexico. Its production is regulated by the strict official Mexican standard, and it is produced under the NOM-D248G. Alan Hernández, our Maestro Mezcalero, is in charge of controlling the process under the unique and exclusive recipe of LE TRIBUTE, which is made in the plant of Bosscal Company, our Mexican partner.


Tonic

Natural Quinine

To produce our tonic water, we only use natural quinine avoiding artificial ingredients.


Lemongrass

Our tonic water contains a distillation of lemongrass in water, which provides its unique flavor.


The purest water

The water used is sourced from a natural spring belonging to the distillery and is filtered via a reverse osmosis process until it becomes demineralized and flavorless.


HOW DO WE CREATE IT?

Fizz

To achieve a strong and long-lasting fizz, we use the latest technology to chill the liquid to 2ºC and produce a mixer with the perfect level of fizziness and freshness from beginning to end.


The bottle

It is the first square-shaped bottle on the market for a carbonated beverage: the latest industrial design techniques allow us to bottle the tonic water into square-shaped containers. A unique bottle that can bear high pressure.

Gingers

We combine different varieties of fresh ginger to give the liquid a soft and sweet character.


Lemongrass

Our ginger ale contains natural lemongrass flavoring, providing it with a unique flavor that is ideal for highlighting the aromatic notes of whiskey, bourbon, rum, and tequila.


Spring water

We use water extracted from a spring within our own distillery, which is then filtered through a reverse osmosis process until it becomes demineralized and flavorless.

Boiling the ginger

We use a specific method of boiling the ginger to convert the ginger molecules into zingerone, which provides ginger with its sweetness and freshness.


Fizz

Strong and long-lasting thanks to the liquid being chilled to 2ºC before bottling, thus achieving a cocktail with the perfect level of fizziness and freshness from beginning to end.

Ginger from India

We use an extraction method of cold percolation to treat the ginger and preserve its properties and flavors as much as possible, with a touch of heat at the right moment to capture that spicy note.


Spring water

We extract the water from a spring in our own distillery through a process of reverse osmosis, which guarantees the highest level of purity.

Boiling the ginger

The gingerol molecules are converted into shogaol through a specific boiling process, which provides the characteristic spicy flavor.

The smooth and long-lasting fizz is created by gentle and integrated carbonization, and by the liquid being chilled to 2ºC before being bottled.


Olive
lemonade

An unconventional lemonade.

100% NATURAL AROMAS

Natural lemon juice

After peeling the lemons and saving their peel to macerate and distill it, we extract their juice as the base of our lemonade.


Olives and lemon peel

We distill the lemon peels in water with a small number of olives to extract their oils and aromas and give the drink its subtle but unmistakable olive touch.


Seawater

We add a touch of seawater to enhance both the flavors of the olives and the lemons.
